In today's competitive world this is a serious matter. We try as much as possible to keep out of the hamster wheel and stay true to our own trail. As a result, we do business with people who believe in what we believe, companies who celebrate (more than mere respect) humankind.
Here's a handfull of magic makers we have worked with:
Kaizen Institute North America
Working with Kaizen Institute North America was exciting and insightful.
For the first time they structured an end-to-end process that wasn’t a mere push on the talent pipeline but a comprehensive experience - an interview that went both ways. Candidates were being evaluated and the company was submitting itself to evaluation too, with each interaction and exercise, presentation and conversation.
We supported Kaizen bringing humanity to recruitment, designing an experience that would take into consideration the multiple dimensions of a human being, not merely accepting first impressions. We dropped the suits, hierarchies and stressful rigidity and embraced a day of continuous learning and development. These moments are typically of exposure and vulnerability for candidates, so Kaizen levelled the playground by exposing itself too. At human we coach our individual clients that they should take an interviewer role too, and with Kaizen we nurtured a safe environment for it to happen.
Candidates described the day as “awesome”, “fun” (yes, someone really had fun!), “personable”, “engaging”, “good learning experience” and “collaborative”. This was not just a common recruiting day with a human behavioural analytical eye, it was a moment to engrave good memories and and example of a business working to become increasingly warm.
Cura Nuts - vegan cheese
We heard our parents tell us how the world isn’t going to change for us, so we might as well adapt, or we may be up for a long life full of frustrations. Daniela chose to rebel and create a world where she would love to live - where eating vegan can be sustainable, healthy, and delicious!
Cura’s products are full of texture, taste, and color. They take you on a sensory experience, reinventing how you relate to food. But of course, brands are not only about products… And Daniela understood this, so she reached out for help.
With a natural curiosity in the lab-kitchen and business, Daniela leveraged the power of people, exploring her parents’ professional experience, her friends’ networks, and human’s coaching skills. It was immensely inspirational to hold the hand of this brave 20-something woman while starting her business at the peak of a world pandemic.
With a growth mindset and emotional agility, she navigated the laughs and tears that come along with finding a unique selling argument, identifying your target consumer, pricing your product reasonably, designing a sales strategy, hiring/struggling/firing… All this while continuously reinventing the brand and thinking of new products - seriously, this woman’s creativity seems endless!
It was an honor to be a part of this delicious brand establishment and support Daniela’s entrepreneurial journey.
SUBA creative agency
Working with SUBA was a lesson on conscious leadership.
The minute we stepped into their welcoming premises it felt like starting a relaxing short city break. Except it was an office.
João knows (maybe subconsciously) that buildings have a direct effect on human psychology. What he offers his people (we had the privilege to experience as a consequence) is the fruition of pleasure: the architecture of SUBA mirrors the wiring of his leader's brain. Design is intentional here and done with the human in mind. They are a creative agency where everyone has a voice. Let's reiterate the word, everyone.
Interacting with SUBA certainly evoked our emotions and sensations, it enforced our sense of mission.
We went there to inspire but something more extraordinary happened - we too, got (very) inspired! They all are very much aware of themselves and we know this is a consequence of their leader's efforts.
Their work speaks for itself. If you crave creative juices of any kind, SUBA is the one-shop-stop you're looking for.
Be informal and arrange an in-person meeting.
You may thank us later :)
